Brandon is an Analyst at Abundare. He performs sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence on the acquisition and sale of Abundare's investments.
Brandon holds an Associate of Art and Science degree from Brigham Young University-Hawaii with his emphasis in Bio-Medical Science and Entrepreneurship. He currently, studies Real Estate Finance at Brigham Young University where he is on the Marriott School of Managment Dean's List (an honor only achieved by 5% of students).
Brandon previously completed an acquisition internship with Peak Capital Partners where he underwrote the offer price for 52 multifamily properties with a combined value of $1.4+ billion. Additionally, he works part-time at Sundance Bay where he assists with NNN equity deal and their real estate debt fund.
