This one was a fun project. It was a former addiction recovery that had been trashed when the company went out of business. The neighbors were so happy that we were turning it back into a house. The house, built in 2004, wasn’t nearly as old as our typical flips never the less we made major updates with modern contemporary designs and smart home features.
